I have a BA in Psychology and I’ve studied many modalities, such as Existential Psychotherapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Psychodrama, Hypnosis and CBT.
In 2002 I began my training in Transactional Analysis and it became the approach most dear to my heart. I think the way this method looks at our past experience and the patterns we have in our lives, makes it easier for clients to understand it and for psychotherapist to facilitate change.
A couple of years later, I discovered Psycho-genealogy. This method looks at our family tree and how different types of messages are passed from one generation to the other. It fits very well with many of the Transactional Analysis concepts and this is the reason why I’ve added it to my practice.
I started my client work in 2011, doing both psychotherapy and coaching, in private practice and corporate settings. I work with individuals, couples and groups on many areas of counselling, such as bereavement, relationships and family problems, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, stress, anger management and abuse, sexual orientation issues, phobias, low self-esteem and self-harm, addictions.
